Ongoing noob-problem on GT server

Dear members of GT,

Your server is hosting some nice autocross maps and is usually popular.

The Problem
When there's no admin around, it can be a lot like kindergarten. People crashing, wrong way, no mirrors, screaming and trolling all around.

The Solution
You don't need more admin activity. Let the community sort itself out. Just enable kick/banvotes.

The current situation is below any standards, I really hope you guys will consider this.

I know it can be frustrating having crasher on the server while there is no admins around.

But you are fully able to save the replay, and type down the:

Username,
Nickname,
Time of the accident.

It would make it easyer for us to get rid of the crasher's.

If im right, the kick/vote is enabled, but it can be abused by "noobs as we say".
Next time there is crasher, when there is no admin on, save the replay
